This quotation of Antonio Gramsci from 1926 is combined with cut outs of people looking up to the sky. A montage of a photo taken at the weddingday of friends, in Moitzfeld, Germany on July 11, 1998. The connection between individual love and the formation of a collective that Gramsci writes about is being compared with the collective celebration of love between two individuals.
